Holy Week 2019
I've been advocating playing in socks for a long time. It looks at least one other Indiana church organist shares my point of view.
"I like to play without shoes so that I can feel the key pedals," [Mattie] Sellers said. "It's like trying to play the keyboard with a thick pair of gloves on. It just doesn't work."
Adcock, Kyle. "She enjoys playing God's music." Marion Chronicle-Tribune. 31 March 2005.
Since I've actually thought about doing this to support myself later in life, I'm glad to see that it has been a viable career option for this guy.

Photographer's Note: At last, a baker's dozen of pictures. Also, a picture of a bakery. (This is possibly the greatest picture I have ever taken.)
So, I thought I was going to be able to post 40 pictures during Lent, and Holy Week starts tomorrow.
So far I have 12.
Think I'll make it? Neither do I. But I might come close. I have a few pictures in store, and a few that I am expecting from other people. I also have a few that I forgot to take, but you probably won't see those. Ever.
(I decided to allow myself this little note since today is the Feast of St. Joseph.)
